Halloween Update I Think

• Gave the Player an Augh Cell costume (sadly doesn't come with the sound)
• Fixed a bug where multiple players and pac-men would glitch out
• Placing Fall Cells looks and feels much cleaner
• Two cheat codes have been fixed so that the effect lasts until you exit the game
• Fixed a bug where Players could be placed with a rotation
• The background color is now stored in pack.json instead of bgColor.txt
• Removed Discord RPC
• Void updated to work with custom background color
• New 'Cell Ghosts' option that shows a low-opacity shadow where a cell was destroyed
• 12 splashes, 1 cheat code
